At Femyth, we’re proud to create rituals that bring comfort and confidence. Still, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how returns and refunds work when you shop with us.

RETURNS

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate care products cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your product qualifies, just email us at rituals@femyth.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

📦 What to expect:

  • All returns are handled through Amazon FBA, our fulfillment partner.
  • We’ll provide you with a return shipping label—simply print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated point.
  • Once Amazon receives and inspects your return, we’ll process your refund.

💔 DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something seems off—wrong item, damaged, or missing—reach out to us within 3 business days of delivery at rituals@femyth.com.
We’ll take care of it quickly, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

💸 REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Refunds may take a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
